I will collect and process the following data about you:

Information I collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to my website. I will automatically collect the following information.  This will always be anonymised and cannot be traced back and will only be used for the purposes of improving my website and understanding how users interact with it:

• Information about your visit, including the referring website URL, pages you viewed and searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.

Information you give to me

Where I store your personal data

The data that I collect from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (”EEA”).  In this case, I will provide appropriate safeguards in relation to the transfer. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for me or for one of my suppliers. In all cases where we or my suppliers or sub-contractors store information outside the EU, I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and that the contracts I have with such parties embody Model Clauses or is engaged in under Privacy Shield.

I will store data that is related to you and any services you may have booked from me for a maximum of 12 months.  Prior to this time limit, I will seek permission to use and store the data for a further 12 months. If you do not give repeated permission your data will be deleted from my systems.

Data security

Where I have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of my website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access and any data I store about you will be encrypted.

I will always inform you before collecting your data of any use I may make of that data or if I intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
